# TERMS OF SERVICE

  • First, I want to tell you, my native language is not English, although I have no problem reading it but when writing, I need time. So, I beg your understanding~

  • Second, please message me before taking a commission.

  • Warning: This commissions is non-refundable.

  • Please provide necessary information and references for the character on the Google Form that I have created (the link is below), and for non YCH, I can also give you recommendations such as pose ideas for example. You can visit this: Placement Ideas / Pose Reference

NSFW | Genre: gore, ecchi, yaoi, shounen ai, yuri, shoujo ai, trap | Mechas, full armors, Furries, and Muscular Males/Females | Detailed background (except the background that has been determined by me).

  • When your request has been recorded. Lazy will start making preparation for your digital art, for deadlines... Just follow natural timing, I don't know for sure because Simple Artwork can be finished quickly but Complex Artwork can take quite a long time... ＼(T▽T)／

  • I will show you the progress: sketch, line-art, and base color (with low resolution image).

  • Request revisions before rendering (sketch – base color).

  • Full payment before or after sketching as soon as possible before I finished it, or I will have your digital art, well, it’s pretty good for adding it to my portfolio collection~ XD

  • Depending on the license or copyright ownership, prices will vary:

# INFRINGEMENT (Action for violators)

  • When you become the owner of the Artwork, you automatically agree to the sentence above (Terms of Use and Service), if a violation is found, as the creator of the artwork, Lazy Seven will provide a first time warning to the owner (if there are still negotiations).

  • If the violation persists, send a copyright takedown request or maybe, because Lazy Seven doesn't have free time to send a legal demand letter or even take legal action, so Lazy Seven has the right to directly change the status of the Artwork from 'one person's ownership' to 'multiple ownership', from Exclusive License to Non-Exclusive License at a lower price.

The action above (Infringement (Action for violators)) is only for those who commit violations, it will be useless if you have purchased the copyright of the Artwork.
